(bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy gold with a fizzy head. Not much aroma. Mostly dry wheat. Flavor is much the same. Mild hint of lemon cough drops. Just tastes like a watered down witbier.

Whole lemon and shitty hay nose. Cloudy amber, medium head. Lemon flavor, somewhat beery. Not half bad, quite refreshing.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not gonna lie, I find this refreshing and enjoy the flavor. Crisp wheat ale mixed with tangy lemonade. Nothing awesome, but definitely easy drinking. During the summer, why not?

1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Pours a predominantly clear light straw color, with a thin white head that dissipates rapidly. Lots of carbonation, accompanied by an audible fizzy hiss.
Aromas are of fake lemon and wet cardboard.
Palate is light and crisp. Tastes are of citrus lemon, and ginger ale.
Overall, the list of ingredients is rather off putting. The first two ingredients to this thing, which the can claims is a "Belgian Style White Beer" is "beer" and "ale". Wait how is beer an ingredient in beer? Next on the ingredient list is sugar, and a long list of words like "flavour" and "modified". No thanks.

Bottle at home. Pours a golden yellow. Clear. No head. Tastes like lemonade with a small about of beer poured in. Not much to it. For mowing the lawn.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Shock Top Lemon Shandy has a thin, white head, a cloudy, yellow-gold appearance, some bubble streams, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of light wheat bread, mainly, with a background lemony note. Taste is of a stronger lemonade and sugary aspect, with a noticeable and pleasant wheat bread component. Mouthfeel is on the light side, and Shock Top Lemon Shandy finishes somewhat tart and very easy drinking. RJT

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
473ml can. Poured unfiltered school bus yellow, pretty good head that died quickly. Sour lemon and wheat aromas, bit of lemonade sweetness. Taste is light wheat beer with lemonade mix in it, which isn’t too bad. Overall, didn\t go overpoweringly sweet or sour, I’d almost say bland if I didn’t kind of like it.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
341 ml bottle from the Summer Variety pack, the best of the bunch, which isn’t saying much. Mostly clear yellow, fine white foam. Lemony aroma and taste, mildly malty. Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Inoffensive refreshing hot day beverage. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I preferred this one to the Summer Shandy next to it. It has more wheat beer flavor and less stale lemonade. Still, the lemon flavoring is pretty sub-standard, and therefore it’s not a beer I’d ever ask for.
