3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle: pours a hazy yellow with a big white head. I can smell the lemons before I even put my nose to this one... The surprising part is that the taste is not overpowered by them... itís a nice, refreshing wit beer, that is backed up afterwards by a refreshing lemon "wash" if you want to call it that. It leaves you feeling...well... refreshed. itís really good actually. It makes me want to sit in the sun, pounding these all day.

Weak brew with no head and cloudy pour. Taste is lemon water with a skunky aftertaste.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle. Hey I got this "summer beer " in mid September on clearance for $9.99 a case - so I am not complaining!
12 oz bottle.
Pours a cloudy light golden with a quickly diminishing white head. Barely there aroma with some mown grass notes, just a brief hint of lemon., slightly tangy. Flavor is very subdued. Faint traces of watered down lemonade, a hint of yeast, not much else. Mouthfeel is leaning to the thin side. Can be very refreshing if served ice cold.
I see where some here are hating on this beer, but for a "mass produced Shandy- this is not bad. A lot of the ladies will like this.
Not a hand crafted "throwback" English Shandy by any means.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Cloudy golden yellow color with thin foamy white head. Nose of lemon drops, herbs and coriander. Wheaty and lemon herb flavors. Candy like. Sweeter and syrup like. Nice, and like the wit character, but not great.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2012 Pours cloudy light gold with a thin head. Dominant lemon aroma. Taste was strongly lemon with malt and hops. Decent enough shandy, I prefer Leiniesí but this one will do.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured a cloudy yellow-gold with a light head that faded away rather quickly. Aroma was of lemon, malt and a general light fruitiness. Taste was dominated by lemon with malt backbone and a mild hop finish. Palate was OK. Overall, an average shandy but still drinkable.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. This is the third Shandy I've tried this year (along with the Leinenkugel Summer Shandy and Sam Adams Porch Rocker) and this was definitely the least tolerable of the three.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Enjoyable, easy drinking summer offering from A-B. I am not fan of strong lemon taste, and this brew is very subtle with the lemon. Worth a try!

Really a nice crisp brew with not too much of a lemon flavor. Iím not a big fan of citrus in my beer but this one was definitely drinkable. I like Leinieís Summer Shady more but this one isnít bad

Average beer with a big mouthful of lemon overwhelming the flavor. As it turns out, it goes pretty well with Chinese food.
