2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
From bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small head. Aroma is all lemon. Taste follows with out the blond backing. Actually not much malt backing at all. More of a malt beverage.

1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Appearance was hazy, yellow-tan, with a very small head that immediately disappeared and left zero lace.
Lemons on the smell. Maybe some malt but no hops.
Taste is struggling. It’s like carbonated lemonade with a little bit of beer in it.
Watery and moderately carbonated. Might as well be lemonade.
I’d skip this one if I were you. It’s a malternative at best, if not just carbonated lemonade with a little alcohol in it. I wouldn’t call this one beer. Despite slick packaging and no doubt some fancy advertising, this is typical of the crap that budweiser is trying to pass off as craft beer in order to keep their market share from declining even more. This is not even beer, let alone craft.
I’m glad I was given a bottle of this, because if I had bought a six pack I would have had to dump five of them.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle. Hey I got this "summer beer " in mid September on clearance for $9.99 a case - so I am not complaining!
12 oz bottle.
Pours a cloudy light golden with a quickly diminishing white head. Barely there aroma with some mown grass notes, just a brief hint of lemon., slightly tangy. Flavor is very subdued. Faint traces of watered down lemonade, a hint of yeast, not much else. Mouthfeel is leaning to the thin side. Can be very refreshing if served ice cold.
I see where some here are hating on this beer, but for a "mass produced Shandy- this is not bad. A lot of the ladies will like this.
Not a hand crafted "throwback" English Shandy by any means.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2012 Pours cloudy light gold with a thin head. Dominant lemon aroma. Taste was strongly lemon with malt and hops. Decent enough shandy, I prefer Leinies’ but this one will do.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a hazy yellow with a lemon smell. The taste of this is more like lemonade with beer flavor than a beer with lemon flavor. Nice on a hot day and very refreshing. It is very good for what it is, do not go into this one thinking that the lemon flavor will be subtle it does taste like beer lemonade.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Cloudy golden yellow color with thin foamy white head. Nose of lemon drops, herbs and coriander. Wheaty and lemon herb flavors. Candy like. Sweeter and syrup like. Nice, and like the wit character, but not great.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A- Lemons, wheat.
A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Quite sweet, mildly sour, lemons, minimal spice.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth tart finish.
O- A refreshing shandy, but the lemon tones are a little artificial tasting. Still not too shabby of a shandy.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured a cloudy yellow-gold with a light head that faded away rather quickly. Aroma was of lemon, malt and a general light fruitiness. Taste was dominated by lemon with malt backbone and a mild hop finish. Palate was OK. Overall, an average shandy but still drinkable.
