Pours orange ish. Smells awesome - obviously like raspberries and fruity. Usually hate fruit beers but this was pretty good. Not overly sweet which is usually my complaint with ones like this ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pyobon (1027) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAY 8, 2012
(bottle) Unappealing hazy yellow with thin white head. Intense aroma of artificial raspberry cordial with hints of cough syrup. Palate is quite acceptable, light bodied with pleasant carbonation. The flavour is shocking. A watery start develops suddenly into a so-so berry taste which quickly develops some very nasty harsh bitter, metallic flavours which last a long time. Overall, really quite an unpleasant beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Sweet raspberry with a wheaty base. Only slightly artificial. Really drinks more like a soda than anything else.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Hazy yellow brew with white head. Aroma of berries. Taste is sweet, berryish, a little wheat. Bleah.

Possibly the worst beer that I've ever had. Aroma is all raspberry syrup and so is the taste. Tastes artificial. Drain pour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from 7-11: Poured a hazy glowing yellow hue with a tiny formation of head on top. Aroma is juicy with artificial fruit scents while no sign of wheaty malts are evident. The flavor is astringent with a strong taste of cherry cough syrup and makes this an awful beer to drink.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly cloudy pale gold with about a finger of fizzy white head. Aroma of a blue-raz sno-cone from an over-priced county fair vendor. Taste is light sweet. Same blue-raz taste. Absolutely disgusting aftertaste. Itís like a honeybadger who ate spoiled raspberries shit down my throat. Light bodied with a sticky texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, pretty bad. Glad I got this as a single instead of an entire 6-pack.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours dirty/hazy orange gold with a creamy/fizzy white head. Nice raspberry aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is fairly artificial raspberry - but they say itís natural - so? Thereís a detectable wheat aspect. This is so much better than the "lemon shandy". Which isnít really saying all that much. Finishes sort of dry with raspberry.
