2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Most of a 12oz bottle, thanks to Hota. Mostly hazy golden color. Minimal off-white head, just little loose bits of lace. Sort of an artificial raspberry / blueberry nose. Like a raspberry flavored bubblegum. Medium body. Moderate carbonation, your typical Shock Top texture, a little abrupt. Little dry in the finish. My friendís unfinished bottle had been sitting for about an hour before she bequeathed it to me, which probably helped mellow out the carbonation, which probably kind of makes this better than fresh, I think. Sweeter taste, light tart. OK raspberry wheat beer. Flavor tastes artificial for sure, but itís still kind of pleasant

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that were very quickly diminishing and left behind a slightly hazy dark orange colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was wheat and dough. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild fruity aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of wheat raspberry fruity and bread dough.

Bottle from Wegmanís Collegeville and Caponeís. Pours fizzy dark straw with pink hues and a minimal white head. Nose is raspberry, mild hopcitrus. Tastes very sweet, too sweet, with an artificial raspberry flavor that overshadows everything else.

Pale yellow pour. Fresh raspberry nose, some grainy malt notes. Flavor is sweet an raspberry doesnt come through as strong. Kinda sweet in the finish and carbonation seems just a slight bit lacking that really makes this beer lack the refreshing crispness that I expected from it.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Perfect beer to give a woman who claims to hate beer. The flavors meld really well and the raspberry although fake tasting does get enhanced by the wheat and the classic shock top flavor.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
The artificial nature of the "natural" raspberry flavoring is overpowering and turns the beer into a fruity, nasty drink. Instead of a subtle background, the raspberry takes over and ruins what might otherwise have been a decent drink on a hot afternoon.
