Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours dirty/hazy orange gold with a creamy/fizzy white head. Nice raspberry aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is fairly artificial raspberry - but they say it’s natural - so? There’s a detectable wheat aspect. This is so much better than the "lemon shandy". Which isn’t really saying all that much. Finishes sort of dry with raspberry.

Bottle. Poured hazy amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate tart rasperry and wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft fruit beer.

Bottle from Wegman’s Collegeville and Capone’s. Pours fizzy dark straw with pink hues and a minimal white head. Nose is raspberry, mild hopcitrus. Tastes very sweet, too sweet, with an artificial raspberry flavor that overshadows everything else.

Sampled at the NoVa Summer Beer Fest in Leesburg, VA on 6/25/11. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of candied raspberry, citrus. The taste is artificial raspberries and grainy wheat notes. Medium bodied. About what you’d expect.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy yellow orange appearance with a moderate sized, off white head and poor retention. Poor raspberry purée/additive, tangy tart aroma. Raspberry soda, sweet wheat malty, juice box, syrupy flavor. For what it is, it isn’t bad. Probably could be a decent seller for them and I won’t have any problems pounding this bottle in a couple of minutes.

355mL at a party. Complete sugar bomb 100%. No beer character whatsoever. Mistaken for cloying, 200 calorie fake Italian soda. Undrinkable. I don’t even know how to award points for this beer so I won’t. I award you no points. And may God have mercy on your soul.

Bottle. Cloudy light yellow amber body, a long lasting head of eggshell white. Nose of rich raspberries. There is a hint of bread too. While the nose was promising, the taste let me down. It tastes like sugar coated raspberries with some white bread. There is also a little bit of vegetable character. Sweet and light. It is just too sweet.
