Belgian Ale. Notes of cloves, banana, and orange mixed with a smooth blend of malted barley, and wheat. Belgian Wit's are typically served with an orange slice.

tap at the brewery - Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a small head and a really citrus heavy aroma. It tastes very sweet with citrus notes. This light bodied brew is a decent quaff, but nothing special.

This draft brew from the Mad Anthony Oktobeer Fest poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent uncarbonated yellow colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The strange un-wit like flavor contained notes of malt and hops. Not one that I would likely buy again.

Pale reddish gold pour releasing a grassy wheat nose with some spicing. Flavors were mildly citrusy and wheaty, but body was so very thin...!

On tap at the brewery. Light amber with tiny white head. Light spice and fruity aroma with light sweetness but overall very light. Flavor is banana, clove and pine bitterness. Medium bodied and creamy. A little too biting for style, that pine should not be there.

Draft at brewery. Clear amber color with nice white head with fair lacing. Moderate banana ,citrus orange aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. sweet citrus flavor with a sweet finish. refreshing beer on a warm summer day.

Pretty odd look for a wit. The body is clear gold in color and the smallish head fades rather rapidly. It has an aroma of wheat, coriander, and a trace of oranges. Pretty much the same for the flavor, although the cirtus tastes play a more prominent role. It’s not bad and refreshing for the warm weather, but it doesn’t seem to fit the proclaimed style.
