Draft at brewery. The pour is very light yellow with thick head. The aroma is a standard kolsch as well as the taste. Not my favorite style but it holds true to form.

Almost clear golden with a white ring. Nice graininess here. Very little hop presence but a hi t of noble hops. Some honey. Fruit is tasted late and it is citrus which is a surprise. A pleasant Kolsch and is better than the score it gets.

Tap at brewpub. Lightly sweet barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Honey barley malt flavor with a lightly bitter herbal hops finish. The best Koelsch I’ve had in the US.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy golden with a light head and lace. Lots of flavor, light, but never thin - mostly caramel and light grain; semi-sweet caramel lasts to the finish, which is light natural bittering. Good hot weather session beer.

Ly co ki we kolsch. Sampled at the brewery. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Nose of wet grains light malt. Tastes like a traditional kolsch. Grains slight sweetness and herbal earthiness. Finishes earthy decent but nothing special. 6/3/6/3/14 3.2

Not good. Golden with minimal head. Aroma of lemon and earthy hops. Flavor is same and is very macro in nature. Boo

"Dark golden yellow in color with a white head and streaks of lacing. Mild aroma of grain and a hint of citrus. Medium bodied Kolsch, quenching and enjoyable. Grassy with a touch of lemon and orange. Strong start to the samples from Shoreline."

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale orange golden, small head, spotty lace. Very mild overall, lager-ish w/ a bit of sweet malt character and only subdued ale-like frtuitiness. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Finishes clean w/ a mild bitterness. Not hugely flavorful but well balanced and not at all watery. Well done. Maybe not my favorite of my trip to the brewpub but I think of all the Shoreline beers I tried this one achieved its aims the best.
