Commercial Description:
Summit and Nugget hops make a great combination in this American style IPA. Super hoppy from start to finish with a huge malt backbone made this beer an instant favorite at the Shoreline.

Sweet caramel malt, lightly toasted crystal malt, a hint of urinal puck. The piney citrusy punch in the finish makes you forget about the off-notes in the nose.

cloudy, pale amber color, no head, but sort of a yeasty- bubbly head residue. touch of citrus in the aroma. good bitter hit in the flavor, a puckery grapefruit tone. finishes biterly, like my ex-wife. a very good ipa. i had this in the shoreline dining room, a nice, knotty pine-panelly kind of bar.

Sampled at RAYBOY01’s Cajun Fais-Do-Do from a growler. Pours orange with a small head. Orange citrus and pine in the aroma. Pine needles just cover my tongue with each sip. Drying bitter pine with some earthy notes. Meh. Not for me.

Growler. Consumed at Rayboy01’s Cajun Fais Do Do. Oniony aroma with no hops. Hint of urinal. no head. Cloudy amber body. Harsh finish, ash tray. Ok. Grows on you. Doesn’t smell good but tastes good.

Part of the many beers tried at RAYBOY01’s Cajun Fais-Do-Do. Growler from brewery. Amber, no head. Aroma is hoppy pine. Flavor is piney, soapy, chalky. Palate is thin and chalky. Overall not the best IPA, very piney.
