Brambling Martian is a heavily hopped ale brewed exclusively with Brambling Cross and Admiral English hops. Unique hop aromas that resemble lemon and sherbet combine with grassy hop flavors and grainy malt characteristics to create a memorable flavor experience. There are also noticeable herbal tea flavors and a prolonged bitter finish.
The first part of the name, “Brambling,” derived from the reference to the English hop variety, Brambliing Cross, and “Martian” is due to the fact that the beer is Pan Galactic’s “good little brother.” It is the “good little brother” because it was created from the second runnings of the grain bill from Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster.

On tap at the brewpub. Yellow-gold pour with a white head. Nice hoppy bitterness, not to overbearing. Just a pleasant, nicely balanced IPA.
