COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveza De Julie is a pale yellow Mexican Lager brewed with real lime. Delicate yeasty aromas gather quickly from the ample amount of carbonation in this lighter bodied beer style. Soft grain sweetness enhanced by unobtrusive lime qualities bring out a subtle snappy tartness, which turns mildly bitter before a crisp refreshing finish.

Bottle at home. Aroma is lime, hay and grainy malt. Flavour is light bitter. Body is light, rather high carbonation. Not much of a fan of this one, though it’s certainly drinkable.

Poured a pale yellow color from the bottle with aromas of corn, light lime, and malt. Flavors were the same, nothing special, almost sort of a fake lime flavor coming through, decent but wouldn’t seek it out again.

Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter korn og sitron. Lett syrlig smak, noe fruktig sødme. Kort. Lett søtlig avslutning.

(Short’s Cerveza De Julie) Bottle 355 ml at home, served into a glass tankard, ABV not stated. Pale yellow colour on the body, a bit cloudy, with a tall and thick white head on top. Quite good retention. Aroma mostly of corn, with faint lime following. Taste of malts, corn, lime, medicinal alcohol, sugars. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Maybe for the beach.

Pours a pale straw yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is earthy and spicy hops, with bread and hay malts. The lime is very subtle. Flavor is bread, some lime, and earthy hops. The lime adds a bit of a tang, and there’s a touch of bitterness. Better than expected based on the description on the bottle.

From zombier. In Duvel glass. After dinner. During sister in law visit. Nice aspect but not very good taste. Better in big sips. Not to repeat

Yellow coloured and hazy. Has a white head. Odd aroma, butter, toffee and sweet citrus. A bit unpleasent.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer sehr großen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch muffig hopfig, getreidig, floral. Geschmack leicht fruchtig hopfig, grasig, kaum bitter, leicht getreidig.

Very hazy gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and dry and has mild fine carbonation. Sweet sticky pale malts. Dry perfumey floralness. Trace of fruits. Dry finish. Dull and disappointing. Shorts are better than this.

35.5cl bottle, served in regular beer glass. Pale golden colour with some greenish tones. Small head, more like white froth on top. Smells like a pilsner with some citrus. It really tastes like a pilsner, but there’s definitely some lime in there...quite juicy. Moderate bitter backing. Light body, average carbonation. It’s very hot today in Barcelona, and this is really refreshing. Very original, good job.
