Chatterbox is an American Pale Ale that has inviting hop aromas of sweet orange and tangerine. A balanced presentation of light toasted malt and fruity hop flavors lead into a bold bitterness. Chatterbox’s hoppy characteristics resonate in the finish, creating a very subtle dryness.

355ml bottle. Hazed gold. A pleasant beer, sweet malt and citrus hop aroma, flavor is similar, not too sweet,, balanced. Surprised to see it as a winter seasonal as I just picked up a single.

12oz bottle, from the Woodstock Wine & Cheese. Enjoyed from a plastic cup on a pontoon boat. Off-white head. Nice earthy herbal, mild citrusy hop. Kind of toasty, mild grainy malt. I dig it. Nice balanced pale ale. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Kind of full feel. Mild slick. Nice mild dryness to the finish too, not too sweet. Moderate bitter, light to moderate sweet. Satisfying

Citrus front, with notes of dried fruit, moderate hop bitterness and candied sweetness. Notes of apricot and mango. Sugary finish. It’s very sweet, but nice and unique.

Orange scent flavor and backbone, smooth medium feel to it, not much of anything else to it other than lingering orange/hops

Bottle to half-pint glass. Looks solid; a cloudy malty orange with eggshell head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells sweet with notes of orange and caramel. Tastes like it smells, but less balanced, with a sticky medium full-bodied mouthfeel. Meh.

Bottle. Very aromatic with citrus and floral notes. Pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The sweetness from the malt is outweighed by moderate hoppy bitterness that lingers for some time, reminding me of orange rind. This is a crisp, refreshing beer with moderate carbonation.

Poured from 12 oz. bottle at the Chamberlain Forest Inn in Curtis, MI. Hazy, bright amber with a small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus, caramel malt, light fruit and floral hops. Taste of citrus, caramel, floral hops, grapefruit, light fruit and a touch of pepper. Medium body and medium/high carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, brought back from Traverse City by my buddy Steve – thanks! Great head on this one; a huge, fluffy/frothy off-white monster atop the dark golden body. Tons of sticky lacing. Nose is distinctly APA. Malty, light caramel, and dirty florals. Faint citrus. The flavor is sturdy malt base, more bready than caramel, and more of the dirty florals. An herbal vibe and it hints at being dry. Just a slight stray from the beaten path, imo, and it works out OK.

Disclaimer...not a hops fan...tasty, none to mild nor overpowering...a good example of something on the lesser side of hoppy
