COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cinnabilly has an appealing look and aroma. This clear, caramel colored gem emits a soft potpourri of cinnamon sticks, brown sugar, and hints of vanilla. Sweet malt flavors allow for an array of sensations, ranging from toasted almonds to cinnamon graham crackers. The pleasant addition of cinnamon creates wonderful accents throughout the beer that are never overwhelming.

Very sweet, though with a nice amount of cinnamon and fruity yeast esters. Not munch of a hops presence.

Almost sickly sweet on the nose. Vanilla and cinnamon flavor but it doesn't blend as well with the malty flavor as I'd hoped. Meh

The Cinnabilly pours a clear caramel bronze with a thin beige head that doesnít last long. The aroma is filled with a variety of spices, however, cinnamon stands out along with vanilla. The flavor is a potent dose of cinnamon with some vanilla. The cinnamon rides out in the aftertaste. Overall this is a fair beer but seemed to fall a little short

Bottle from Champanes, this beer had a clear dark red pour with a bit of brown at the sides and gave an initial two finger off-white head that receded to a thin layer with a couple of open areas and ring, the nose malty and had some malt and bread sweetness, cinnamon, a little toasted malt like notes with a bit of caramel, it had lots of malt flavor with cinnamon, toasted malt notes, malt and bread like sweetness, the mouth feel was light and had some creamy feel on the lips, it had average carbonation, a malty beer with lots of cinnamon on the nose and palate, the cinnamon was stronger on the nose than the mouth, I thought the cinnamon mixed well with this malty beer but there was too much cinnamon in this drink, the cinnamon overwhelmed the malt, less cinnamon would help to enjoy the malty aspects of this beer, anyway, I would have enjoyed this beer much more if the spice was not so prominent.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a dark brown with a medium off white head. The head fades a bit but laces ok. Aroma of cinnamon, bread, cinnabuns, some desert qualities. Flavor is sweet and dominated by cinnamon. Really tastes like a cinnabun, if thatís your style. Unfortunately, it is not my style. Full bodied, above average carbonation, finishes long and with lots of cinnamon.

Aroma is cinnamon, sour grapes, light. Appearance is amber, light tan head. Taste is cinnamon, lots of cinnamon, pretty much all I can taste. Mouthfeel is light, decently carbonated, and the cinnamon bitterness lingers. Overall, I thought I would be more impressed but Iím rather disappointed.

Tap at Shortís. Dark copper pour with a very small head. Aroma is packed with cinnamon but also getting vanilla, and caramel. Taste is big on cinnamon but itís pretty sugary too so it works well. Some doughy malt, vanilla, and caramel mix in well. Better than I thought it would be.

I liked this one. Brown pour cream colored head. Lots of vanilla cinnamon aroma. Some caramel salt good amount of cinnamon and some vanilla taste. Little bread. Nice spice to it. June release doesnít work but oh well. Moderate body light carbonation.
