COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An English Dark Mild Ale with a rich brown color and a tantalizing mocha laced aroma. The finish is pleasantly clean with a slight black-coffee-like bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2013 On tap at the brewpub. Dark brown pour with almost no head. Coffee aroma and taste. Kind of a watery Bellaire Brown but a good session beer nonetheless.

Draft sample at brewpub. Poured clear brown color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate complex toasted malt and coffe aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium dark sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

Draft at the brewpub. Deep brown body with reddish highlights; thin ring of cream carbonation. Leafy, toffee nose with slight tartness. Nutty body with chocolate and leafy hops, finishing with burnt ashy leaves and some yeasty sourness.
