yjb (108), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Apr 27, 2008 the ginger overwhelms the rest of this beer at the warm temperature i drank it on dld. not too bad, but one of the less interesting members of shorts imperial series.
awaisanen (1160), Irvine, California, USA Oct 6, 2008 From a 750mL Bottle. Mostly hazy, golden orange colored body with a tall layer of fizzy off-white head. Aromas of light rye spice, ginger, and lemon zest. Some doughy rye malt and mild banana are also present. Medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel with a creamy texture. Doughy, bready rye malt flavors with a hint of spice. Less ginger in the flavor than the aroma, leaving behind a one-dimensional malt character that comes across a little bland and simple by comparison. A pleasant level of herbal hop bitterness adds some nice dryness to the finish. joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 5, 2008 Bottle.

Fruity flavour of hops, grass and ginger.
Hoppy and spicy finish. Mette (146), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 2, 2008 Shorts smagning med klubben. Uklar orange med et lille råhvidt skum. Denne har masser af kulsyre.
