COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Good Humans was created to showcase one of Briess Malting Company’s new malt varieties. Originally planned as a one-time thing, it quickly became one of our big successes. Good Humans is a Double Brown Ale made with Carabrown Malt, and then dry hopped with Simcoe hops. The brew has sweet malty esters that are met by huge toasted caramel and toffee flavors. The finish is dry with a bouquet of hops.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a clear nutty brown with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Toast and sweet toffee in the nose, nougat with only a subtle whiff of the dry-hopping. Rich, sweet caramellish body, quite some booze in the finish. Delicious - but don’t expect a hoppy beer. 150413

Cloudy brown beer, tidy off white head. Softish dry palate. Sweet malt, almost milky. Minerals lead to citrus hops with a trailing edge of spicy pine. Finishes slightly dry. An unusual Brown Ale but very very drinkable!

Brown color, hazy, with almost no head. Aroma of modern hops and caramel, a bit dusty. Good caramel flavor, lean, impression of vegetables, quite good hopping, light earthy/dusty touch.
Good with food.

Bottle, 12oz. A clear looking dark reddish brown beer with a small, dense, light beige head. Quite a lot of coffee in the aroma, with piney, citrusy hops, chocolate, and a pleasant touch of caramel and dark dried fruits. Lots of mocha in the flavor, with a good hoppy flavor and bitterness. Citrus peel, caramel and chocolate. Medium body, quite dry. Lasting bitter and mocca-ish finish. Nice, but I think it would be even better with more body fullness. 130928
