Sep 18, 2008 Draft @ Shorts. Pours a clear, bright honey-orange color; off-white head with great retention and fine-bubbled lacing; a gorgeous pour. Solid amounts of earthy and citrus bitterness in the aroma; good levels of acidity; resiny, dense, and very solid citrus-laden nose. Medium mouthfeel: resiny, earthy and citrus bitterness with a nicely soft, earthly malt core; solid amounts of carbonation; good levels of acidity; very drinkable, generous, tasty pale ale. Solid rendition. Medium finish: earthy malts, some citrus, and just a touch of chocolate malts; nicely toasty, resiny, and dry end.

Jul 28, 2008 Sampled @ Hopcat’s. Copper color small head. Nice aroma flavor of floral hops and fruits. Taste is malty and finishes hoppy. A bit watery for me. but then again I had the IIPA before this. Still enjoyable.

Jun 23, 2008 Growler from Shorts. Poured a lovely copper with a thin white head. Attractive shortbread aroma mixed with floral hops. Strong malt and grapefruit taste with a bitter finish. Thoroughly enjoyable!

May 20, 2008 MBG 7-22-06. Biscuity maltness up front, followed by citrus and faint pine. Flavor has nice balance of fresh orange and mango, through the middle biscuit and faint caramel malt profile. Mouthfeel a little thin at times. Decent session brew.

Apr 4, 2008 Had this on tap awhile back. I was waiting for this to be posted. I am going from some rough notes the last time I had it. All I know is I want to try it again. Taste was big citrus and tropical, nice balancing malt backbone, finished with a big kick. Drinkable and delicious.
