Pour is hazy yellow with white head out of 12 oz bottle, aroma brings notes of orange, coriander, big wheat notes, the grains of paradise come in a bit, touch of pepper as well. Taste is a mix of very sweet fruity orange and lemon, hints of pepper and spice come through with some biscuit, finishing fairly sweet.

12 oz bottle...Another bold innovation turned commercial sucess for Shorts. The name says it all...a nicely (citrus) spiced (peppercorns) wheat that is subtley complex.

Bottle. Pour pale orange with a lighter yellow edge and a thin white head. Aroma is peppery fruit, mango and coriander with fresh pineapple dominating. Very thin on the palate and not bitter or dry. White pepper is obvious initially then coriander orange followed by zesty lemon pith bursting through. This fades almost immediately into a subtle citrus aftertaste of pineapple and grapefruit which lingers on the tongue and particularly on the roof of the mouth. An innovative take on a wheat beer that could be too sweet or over-powering for some.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin white head, over a hazy gold (SRM 5) body.....nose is lemon, coriander, hints of hibiscus and other floral tones...taste is cereal, lemon peel, orange, hibiscus florality, coriander, soap....mouth feel light, carbonation adds a foamy quality. Although tending in the direction of a Witbier this beverage is completely dominated by the spices and other additives. BJCP 7/3/11/4/6

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of spices and lemonpeal. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices, cloves, lemongrass, and more, leading to a dry spicy finish. A bit too much for me. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle from a generous trader. Pours cloudy gold. White head. Nose/taste of spicy peppercorn, lemon and orange zest, banana, clove and coriander. Herbal mouthfeel with a spicy peppercorn finish. Clean. Lightish body.
