On draft at Schlafly Beer Fest. As others have said, lots of citrus, lots of black pepper. I liked it a lot more than other reviewers. It might have been the 3 oz. pour versus drinking a whole beer. But the spices were well put together - and not your classic Xmas or Pumpkin spicey beer. Unique, tasty and fun.

Pours a very clear yellow color tinted orange. An egg shell white colored head that dissipates quick. A zesty citrus aroma. Almost orange soap like. But probably the nose is the best area here. At first sip itís a quiet lemon flavor. Almost like a dirty water thing. Then gets really thick and foamy. In a really off putting way. After the dirty lemonade feel starts to go a huge pepper spice hits hard. Not the normal peppercorn feel though. Much spicier. The feel really lingers on it dominates any other flavor. It doesnít work with this brew. Not the best.

Pours slightly hazy, golden yellow, wee bit of thin white head, little thin lacing. Aroma coriander, orange peel, lemon grass, sweet bready malt, faint fruity esters. Taste subdued compared to aroma, spices coat the tongue, orange and lemon peel, more spice, dominated by coriander. Mouthfeel thin, medium carbonation, spice bites at the tongue, mostly dry finish. Overall ok, very spicy, needs more fruitiness, pretty drinkable.

Aroma is light, light orange, mostly wheat. Appearance is not promising, the color of a Bud Light. Taste is actually not too bad, lots of orange, peppercorn spice, not as light as expected. Mouthfeel, though...other than the aforementioned spice, this one leaves the mouth in a hurry. Overall, I guess I didnít have the bar set too high for it, but itís not something I would drink again.

(backlog) At delirium. Orange cloudy pour with tan head. Light orange, coriander, and citrus aromas. Sweet fruit, light spice and hop flavors.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2014 Bottle: Deep golden color, nearly amber with a wispy, white head thatís gone in moments. Aroma is a random hodge-podge of kitchen rack spices. Peppercorn is definitely discernible... Coriander is there, but not as heavily. Also get a nutmeg or spicy cinnamon-like note in there? Other random clashing of leafy & ashy spiciness, along with an intense, fruity spike that smells of bittersweet oranges & mild Lemon Pledge. Orange & lemon definitely more forward on the palate. Still getting a moderate solvent note, unfortunately, like lemon cleanser. Mid-palate is another clusterfuck of spices & flavors; coriander, clove, ash, herbal hops, bitter citrus rind, cinnamon, malty & toasted bread. Peppercorns come in hard & grow too powerful towards the end. The finish is nothing but peppercorn, like sucking on a pepper mill.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow gold with rapidly settling, small white head. No lace. Aroma is lemon and lime, strong citrus (reminiscent of cleaning product), some coriander, spice and sweet wheat in the background. Flavor is strong lemon, lime, orange, mildly sweet, fading into a mild and sweet wheat and coriander finish, hint of peppercorn/black pepper. Could use more wheat for flavor and body. Soft carbonation, medium-light body, and lightly chewy texture.

From a bottle. Lives up to its name, definitely spicy. Quite light, and refreshing. Not my thing, but interesting.

12oz bottle in trade. Pours a pale orange with little to no head. Smell is lime, coriander, overripe melon, and wheat/grain. Taste is a bit funky (not in a good way) again with the honeydew melon, lime, and malt. Thin on the palette.
