Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is a Double Belgian IPA brewed exclusively with Galaxy hops. The nose is an impressive blend of citrus aromas reminiscent of guava and lemons. It also has subtle Belgian yeast esters. An intense, clean bitterness dominates the flavor profile, with little malt character to compete with. A fruity yeast sweetness is noticeable in the finish, alongside a resounding bitterness.

Pours copper in color with a thin head. The combination of zest and hop make it one the most unique beers I have every had. The fruity zest reminded me of grapefruit combined with the blast of hops just finished off the greatness of this beer.

Wow. Deep golden almost copper color. Nice fruity aroma and taste with just wicked hoppiness. Likening it.

bottle. Deep golden with small head. Enormous fruity hops. Seriously amazing hop flavors. Light belgian spice, but the hops are the star here. Delicious.

When blowOffTube said he was holding my BIF box to wait for this release I wasnt sure what to think, but I am glad he did! Pours hazy orange amber with a small off-white head and good lacing on the glass. Aroma is citra-esque with notes of pine, grapefruit, passionfruit, dank leaves, grass, caramel. Flavor is very dank right from the start, earth and tropical citrus. Light sweet, resinous, piney, mowed grass, yeast, zesty bitter orange peel. Medium bitter. Medium body. This was an enjoyable drink - thanks!

Draft at The Oak Cafe. Pours a clear orange color with a small foamy head that lingers very nicely and leaves awesome lacing. Aroma is an great mix of hops and Belgian yeast. Passonfruit, grapefruit, banana, oranges, pineapple, and light bubblegum. Taste has a great moderately sweet/bitter balance. Packed with fresh fruity hops and a perfect subtle Belgian edge. Smooth, sweet finish. Medium body, nice oily mouthfeel. Best Belgian IPA I’ve had. Need to find some in bottles.

From bottle, pours a light copper color with huge head lots of sticky mess on the sides of the glass. Banana, light citrus fruits on the nose, fresh floral and vegetable notes. Right off the bat there are some sweet fruity flavors from the hops, followed by a light tannin type bitterness that continues to build and I drink. Some metallic tastes making my mouth water with a somewhat numbing effect. There are some spice flavors that are a mix of the Belgian style yeast and the citrus hops. Intense beer, s the name suggests, but has some flaws.

Bottle pour. Cool label design. Very fruity. Pours a slightly cloudy light amber. Lots of fruit on the nose and in the body. Light body. Pretty smooth. Good.

Bottle, a medium to dark orange in appearance. Aroma is citrus, spicy yeast and a bit of tropical fruit. Taste is similar, big on bitter tangerine hops. Lasting bitter finish. Solid brew.
