COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is a Double Belgian IPA brewed exclusively with Galaxy hops. The nose is an impressive blend of citrus aromas reminiscent of guava and lemons. It also has subtle Belgian yeast esters. An intense, clean bitterness dominates the flavor profile, with little malt character to compete with. A fruity yeast sweetness is noticeable in the finish, alongside a resounding bitterness.

Bottle, a medium to dark orange in appearance. Aroma is citrus, spicy yeast and a bit of tropical fruit. Taste is similar, big on bitter tangerine hops. Lasting bitter finish. Solid brew.

Bottle: cloudy, hazy amber & light copper with a soapy, foamy head; pretty nice lacing. Aroma is full of dense citrus & grapefruit rind, hop oils & pines, kind of dank with a strong undercurrent of Belgian yeast - bubblegum is heavy with mild peppermint & clove. Faint onion-y aroma, too. Taste begins with bitterness, but it's balanced nicely with a citrus & bubblegum sweetness. Light melon, tangerine & grapefruit profile with leafy, piney, & lightly herbal hops. Finish of Belgian yeast & fading hop oils. Slightly different but I really enjoyed this stuff.

Seriously on of my top dipas. So damn good. Pours a clear orange with thin white head. Huge citrus aroma and pine cones. Taste is tangerine peel, citrus fruits, light pine. Nice mouth feel, low carbonation, medium body. Citrus bitterness and dry finish. Just a great beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Light amber pour with a white head. All the in your face citrus hop bitterness you would expect from a double Belgian IPA. Well done, Joe.

The Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster pours a light orange with a bubbly beige head that lasts a good while and leaves excellent lacing. The aroma is so overwhelmed with citrus, tangerine and floral hops that I cannot detect anything else. I would also like to point out that it is glorious. The flavor is also dominated by loads of hops. Overall this beer is amazing. If you are a fan of bitter hops then this is for you.

Nose of sweet citric and mild acidity. Quick foam reflex, but a smooth gentle pourer. Deep gold in color with white head. Thin but present lacing. Sweet flesh fruit and citrus flavors carry on wet hop and malt bodies. Lingering but wet finish. Pleasantly flat, sweet and mildly bitter. Very easy for the ABV.

4oz on tap at HopCat East Lansing during the Shorts tap takeover. Mostly clear orange color. Good thin slightly off-white head. Good spots and ropes of lace. Nice retention. Smooth, lighter carbonation, more dry finish, bigger body. Awesome big grapefruity citrusy aroma. Some biscuity malt. Only lighter belgian candy sugar, not bothersome. Nice moderate sweet, moderate bitter, light spice. Awesome, big, interesting belg IPA.

Draft at Crunchy’s, East Lansing. Cloudy medium orange body, thin ring of off-white carbonation. The nose is a huge punch of resiny, sweet tangerine and passion fruit. Leafy body, bitter with tangerine, passion fruit, and citrus rind, nice blend of sugars and bitterness but not heavy or cloying. Oily, slick, and delicious.
