4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
The aroma is good. The appearance is as well. It tastes good. I simply prefer the IPAs over Pale Ales. It hits the palate well. I give it an 80.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pandemonium is the tenth studio album by Killing Joke released in June 1994 under the Zoo label. This album marked Killing Joke’s return after a four-year-long hiatus, the longest the band has taken since it was initially founded. says Wikipedia. Bottle thanks to DrSilverworm - my first thought as I sipped it was, "a hoppy wheat ale?" My second impression was, " vinous notes?" and my standing impression is, " I wish this time stamp was readable since it might make a difference on this style of beer." Not getting much in the bitter department even for 36 IBUs.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle at home. Golden orange color with off white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, hoppy, citrusy fruity. Taste is sweet and bitter, malty caramel again, more hoppy than the aroma, citrusy fruity, floral. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a mostly transparent pale burnt orange with eggshell head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of bitter hops and bittersweet malt. Tastes like it smells with a touch of fruit and a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Not bad.

For not being much of a looker and not much of a smell this beer sure packs a punch in the pale ale taste along with a good abv that is extinguished by the watery mouth feel this beer isn’t bad

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Smells decent but not that complex, some pine, sweet malt and biscuit in the nose. Looks nice, hazy effervescent golden with a thick white head. Tastes alright, upfront more sweet malt and a hint of citrus/pine although muted, finishes sweet malt and a bit of muted citrus. Medium bodied and average carbonation. Unremarkable pale ale.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The Pandemonium pours a mostly cloudy yellowish orange with a thick beige head that lasts a good long while. The aroma is rather grainy. The flavor is wheat and earthy bitterness. Overall this is a decent beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a glowing, hazy orange with a fair off-white head that settles to a thin ring and leaves some soapy spots of lace. Nose involves sourdough, funky earth and spice along with some floral notes. Lightly sweet, quite bitter. Medium bodied, creamy, somewhat oily, with a toasty and drying finish. Pretty decent, perhaps would have enjoyed some more aromatics, but a good solid bitter/pale.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle from Lopez, who made a trip to the brewery and was kind enough to think of me (thanks brutha!) Pours a burnt-orangey gold, medium whitish head with nice retention and lacing. Nose is caramelly and candied oranges, biscuity malts, some dried grass, black pepper. Mouth is medium bodied, lightly sweet caramel malts and an easy bitterness on the intro, orange peels, some crackers, touch of soapy bitterness at finish. Nothing mind-blowing but certainly drinkable.
