3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours a dark reddish brown color with foamy head that shifts from light brown to white. Nose is peanuts and strawberry jam. Taste is a messy nutty disaster. Sour slightly infected taste as well. Short finish.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Hazy brown body. Small beige head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of peanuts, bread crust, damp basement, roasted malt. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly tart. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly sweet and moderately tart. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Light taste of peanuts, citrus, sour apple. Slight oxidation. Interesting beer, but not all that enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Brown, transparent to light, minimal head. Big strawberry and peanut combo up front, light chocolate. Flavor on par, fruit character plays a bigger role, some tartness in the finish. Medium body and mouthfeel. Undercarbonated, makes it seem bigger than it is.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with red hues and a small off white head. Nose is fruit notes. Aside from appearance, no real stout qualities remain. Lots if tart fruit notes and a nice sour quality, but no thickness or peanut butter. It did grow on me though.

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from hoppymeal.
The pour is dark, dark brown with a surprisingly active tan head that shows good retention and leaves spotty lacing.
The aroma is mostly soft parade for me with a lightly acidic fruit aroma with hints of sugar as well. I get a little roasted malts but not much in the way of peanuts or other stout characteristics.
The taste is even worse and seal the deal that this one is infected much like the Uber Goober I had the other night. Itís mainly just the acidic sourness, some fruit and even less stout character.
The mouthfeel is highly carbonated due to the infection and thinner than Iíd expect for the style.
Well, I opened this one tonight after reading about the infection issues and Iím glad I got to try it before it got completely undrinkable. As it is, the sourness is distracting but itís not a complete drainpour.

Dark pour with minimal head. Aroma of light roast, peanut shells and sweet fruit. Flavor is similar, the Peanut and fruit is light, but does come through. Interesting and tasty.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle, thanks to GT2. Finger of light tan head; dark opaque brown. Lots of grape juice in the aroma, tart, and a bit of maltiness. Really sour, grapey, and some nuttiness. Berries and lactose finish out the flavor. Lighter body and very fizzy.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer is nearly pitch plack, slight translucency. It begins with a gigantic head that quickly goes away to leave somewhat of an oil slick pattern on the surface. Major props for the aroma- this smells exactly like a PB&J Sandwich. Flavor is not so much there- first, itís a bit of a sour sting, followed by a big rye flavor, like a rye porter. Lastly, a light fruit flavor lingers with a nutty dryness. This would have really succeeded had there not been that sharp sour flavor in the front. Bottle from a trade with StFun, thanks!
