Courtesy of general_gao. Cloudy amber body with a large off-white head. Big, syrupy peachy nose with cotton candy, honey and lactose. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter with canned peaches, cotton candy, cloves, cream, spice , alcohol and golden raisins. Full body is soft with moderate carbonation.

750mL bottle, #165/820, courtesy of General_Gao. Thanks, Colin! Pours a hazy, peachy-amber color; light khaki head with solid retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Lots of peachiness, fruit cocktail juice, and peach skins in the aroma; pleasant, generous fruit character with a touch of creamy vanilla. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: creamy vanilla and peaches, fruit cocktail, peach skins; some tannic character coming through from the skins, potentially (thanks, Ryan); not a lot of alcohol coming from this, unlike my co-tasters; very tasty, with an excellent, unique fruit character. Medium finish, showing breadiness, dough, and lingering peach juice.

(750ml bottle, #165/820, thanks General_Gao) Cloudy amber body topped by medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, peach, peach syrup. Taste is sweet, alcohol, peach. Medium-full body. I know I’m in the minority, but I found this too hot.

750mL Bottle. #210 of 820. Aroma is wicked sharp with fresh peach sorbet and bits of Georgia peach in vanilla ice cream. So rich and right. Fresh. Amazing blend of fresh and cooked peach flesh. So fresh and amazing. Pours a thick, murky peachy-amber, with a rim of off-white silky white. Flavor develops some immediately bitter peach pits, skin and stem. Moves into a canned peach flavor. Airy, fluffy and lightly sweet. Then a run of peach alcohol and pepper. I’m not as enamored with the flavor as with the aroma. It’s sharp and slightly bitter. But the fruit is real and delicious. Fuzzy skin finish. A bit of high alcohol. Where’s the lactose? There’s no immediate creaminess. Hops add a bit of an awkward finish. Suprisingly drinkable. Alcohols accent some spiciness. Dusty hops round out the back end. Interesting beer. Thanks Sean!
