3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle from a friend. Pours a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma of strong breaches, mild milk sugar, some creme. There’s some cake and cookie-like malt sweetness. Flavor is sweet with a mild tartness. Lots of fresh peach and a touch of booze. Medium body, light prickly carbonation. Overall, a good beer from shorts.

Bottle: The aroma consists of huge peach and little else. It pours a transparent amber with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with a ton of peach. The finish has some faint grass and maybe some cream (probably power of suggestion). It’s light-medium bodied with mild carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel. Overall, I’m not a huge peach fan, so take my rating for what it’s worth. You’re take on this beer is probably tied to how much you like peaches.

2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle and served in my NG Flute glass: Pours a lovely deep golden hue with an initial frothy head which fades and left spotty lace. The aroma is peach puree, slight metallatic and medicinal, some flowery and earthy Belgian yeast like esters, and a touch of sourness. The taste is fruity but not fresh, like old syrupy peaches that have started to ferment. Additionally there is a boozy character that is off putting. Then we get to the finish, that is just strange and lightly sour but not tart due to all the sweetness still left in the base beer. This is simply not enjoyable in the least. Drain pour second half of the bottle.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
12 oz. bottle poured into a short stemmed tulip/snifter. Thanks to Czar_chasm for this brew.
Pours a deep gold with heavy amber highlights capped with a one finger fizzy head that dissipates fairly quickly. The aroma of this brew smells as though your nose is hovering over freshly cut peaches. Wow. Some mild yeast and biscuity/bready aroma. From the first sip the juicy flavor of peaches fills the mouth, joined by creamy accents created by the lactose sugar--there is a real marriage of the two flavors midpalate that does provide a peaches and creme flavor. Biscuity malt and a touch of yeast. Some very mild hop bitterness does break through on the fairly dry finish. Although at times it does seem a bit heavier, this brew is mainly medium bodied, lightly carbonated, and is slick and creamy. This was really tasty and served as a wonderful dessert brew.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
December 6, 2012 bottle as an extra from Matt. Cloudy orangish yellow pout with some white head that faded quickly. Aroma that was like canned sweet peaches soaked in alcohol. Taste was syrupy sweet, somewhat milky and alcohol with the peach in there slightly. This combo left a very bad aftertaste. I was intrigued with this from the name, but kind of like mattyb83 with the ladies, it just couldn’t deliver.
