Prolonged Enjoyment has a huge earthy hop fragrance of green grass, pine, and citrus fruit. The sweet, malty flavors are met quickly by zesty American hop characteristics. This India Pale Ale has a light body but is packed with extraordinary bitterness. Bitter qualities linger briefly, before the mildly dry finish takes over.

Bottled at Flying Scotsman, Stockholm. Cloudy orange colour, minimal head. Sweaty grapefruit, pears and lychee up front. Mid dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Lovely tropical fruit hop aromas, basic but functional malt character. Mid bitter finish.

Ambar de un dedo de espuma. Consistentemente turbia. Aroma a pomelo y pino. Estupenda IPA americana. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle, thanks to umich03jm. Bottled 03/21/13. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Half-finger thin bubbly white head. Good thick rows of lace. Lighter body. Good crisp lighter carbonation, more dry in the finish. Very nice grassy hop aroma, nice earthy hop, some herbal.. Light bitter, light sweet, little zesty, bit of savory taste. One of the better satisfyingly hoppy session brews Iíve ever had.. Love that itís such a low ABV, too. Itís not unquestionably a "session brew" until itís below 4%

Nothing not to like in the aroma. Light hazy appearance. Looks watery. Full flavor to start. Very good for a sessionable ale

355 bottle from Det gode Brygg, Sandnes. Slightly unclear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma has lots of citric fruit with some malt ion the background. Flavor is medium sweet pale malt, quite citric fruity with some tropical fruit and decent bitterness. Light balanced body and fruity bitter aftertaste. Nothing really complex, but what a damn fine thirst quencher. A true session IPA. But how do they manage to preserve all this fruity aroma all the way from Michigan to Norway?

Draft at GABF. Pours a nice looking gold with a white head. Nose is really bright. Lots of citrus and herbal notes, clean and fresh. Some earthy malt sits in the background as well. On tasting, quite hop forward, fading into more of an earthy place. Bitterness is on the soft side, bit thin on the palate with a nice hop flavor. Pretty solid over all just lacking a little umph.

12oz Bottle. Thanks Sean! Dank fresh orange-scented strong hop aroma. The body at 3.5% is quite good I think. The hops start working their juices and push out pine and resin and citrus. I do get some styrofoam and dusty pellet hop gunk in the flavor, but generally itís decent. Shorts does have a very distinct house hop flavor that edges seedy to me sometimes. Rather bitter and dry, which works at this low gravity to give you something to sip at a low gravity. Definitely enjoying the hop level at this gravity, but I think the profile could use a little tweaking.
