Commercial Description:
Liquified laughter from fruit filled disaster.
Simply put: Fruit Rye Ale. A bountiful blend of toasted rye flakes and two row malted barley make wort fermented with 200 pounds of pureed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries resulting in a sweet fruity delicacy. Intoxicatingly refreshing and brewed special for those ladies who enjoy their wine.

On tap at Ashley’s - Ann Arbor, MI. Lightly sweet fresh strawberry nose. Pours a lightly-clouded red-tinted amber. Flavor is clean and crisp in mostly strawberries, a little cooked, with a bit of raspberry jam and blackberry seeds. Nice dry fruit presentation. A swift run of grassy hops takes over where the fruit seeds left off. Nice dryness. Alcohol really well hidden. A nice fruit beer, actually.

Big amber red pour with a thin watery very PINK head. Smell is huge fruit, especially raspberries. Flavor is dull and watery with a strange bitter fruit rind rye-like finish. Kinda ho-hum overall but not undrinkable.

Growler shared by thickfreakness. Thanks dude!
Pours a dark cranberry color with a light pink head. Smell is fruity and berry like, but not very sweet and with an unusual grain like nose from the rye. Taste is dry, rye flavored grain, with light fruitiness which is prominent, but not ver sweet and comes across very mild on the whole. Body is a touch too thin. Interesting beer, but actually seemed to need something else to make the nice flavors pop a bit more.

Draft @ Ashley’s: Wow. This is a lovely offering. Pours amber with rose highlights. Taste is sweet; almost cider-y. Has the underlying sweetness of strawberry, tartness of fresh cherry, and roundness of blueberries. Nicely balanced without being too sweet. Went very well paired with my salad!

Aroma of raspberries and citrus. Ruby orange hue with an average white head. Flavor is fruity with spicy raspberries dominating. Watery and lively. Light bodied. Ok for a fruit beer but it kind of sucks.

Poured amber with a bit of a red tint. Light fruit aroma and flavor, some hops. Fruit is mainly strawberrys and blueberries. Slightly sweet finish, not much hint of the abv.
