Bottled. A slightly hazy red beer with a huge pinkish head. The aroma has strong notes of strawberries, which is smelled far from the glass, when you stick your nose in the glass you also pick up notes of phenols and straw. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries to start off with, but it quickly recedes and then notes of phenols, plastic, and a bit of vinegar appears, leading to a dry lightly tart finish. Not a fan.

The (not so) shit beer tasting at Leightons stratospheric flat. Hazy amber beer, pale peach coloured head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Light sourish fruits with a nice touch of sherbet. Light floralness and a whisper of jam. Nice!

Cloudy amber color with red shades; medium sized head, with a very light pink tone. The aroma is mildly fruity; the fruits actually blend well with some malt and yeast aroma too. Reasonably strong body, little residual sweetness, light fruity presence, some acidity. The alcohol is well hidden, Pleasant.

Bottle, 12oz, shared by KimJohansen. A clear, reddish golden to copper beer with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacings. Very berry-ish on the nose, but with an underlying caramel maltyness and some hoppy fruityness. Berry-ish flavor too, not sure if I enjoy it, but it’s definitely not bad, but I could do without the strawberries which I think doesn’t fit in any beer. Except in Oudbeitje maybe. Medium body and a bit too much carbonation. Berries and bitterness in the end. A beer I don’t think I could drink a bottle of, even though it’s not all bad. Hides the alcohol really well. 100813
