First of all, is this really 9%?!? Honestly tastes like 6% TOPS, I really don’t believe this could be 9, well, keep a six pack around for your date if nothing else!
Clear ruby cranberry color with a very light white head, I can tell it’s not filtered despite the clarity of this sauce, aroma is pilsener malt and raspberry, flavor is light pilsener malt, edgy bitters and some extra bitter tannin kick too, mildly tart and slightly acidic, this stuff is really a lot better much warmer than your fridge temp. so that more of the interesting fruit flavors can come through, a little grassy

Tap: Dark shade of pink & ruby-red with a creamy, lavender layer of foam. Aroma full of fruit; raspberry, fig, cherry, strawberry. Sweet, definitely. Moderate chalkiness underneath the berries that comes off as slightly artificial. Sweet berry flavor, tangy & with a spike of tartness but it’s plagued by that same artificial tone from the aroma. Almost chalky & medicinal. Makes the fruit profile seem like a farce, & it starts to wear on you quickly... A little too sweet, perhaps. Overall, I’ve grown to tolerate this beer more & more over time but I still am not completely on board. Just a mediocre fruit beer.

Draft at Hopcat. Pours a hazy amber. Aroma of berries, fruit, yeast. Sweet and very fruity with decent tartness. Good fruit beer

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2014 Tap. Very unfiltered. Very slightly fruity nose. Notes of strawberry and raspberry. A bit too sweet and a bit too unbalanced.

Savor 2014. Interesting combination. A lot of fruit in the aroma, lighter body, covers alcohol well.

Bottle at Savor. I had really high hopes for this one, but it really fell flat. the aroma is full of the described fruit, but like other offerings from Short’s, the body was thin. The fruit aromas followed through in the taste, but it didn’t really go anywhere.

I absolutely love this beer and would recommend it to anybody, especially those who aren’t big beer drinkers. This beer tastes really fruity; you can definitely taste all of the berries that are in it. For those who drink a lot of wine, this is the perfect transition beer.

I really enjoyed this beer. Very fruity aroma of raspberries that is very light and sweet, but not overly so. The taste is almost like that of a cider but not intensely sweet, also very light and sweet in taste. Very crisp, high carbonation.

This beer is nice and fruity and very refreshing. Good if you don’t like really heavy beers and with a lot of hops. Fruity notes of berries.
