Pub Brew. Stroker Ace is a bright, carrot-orange colored ale with fruity hop aromas of citrus zest. This brew is light bodied with low malt sweetness, which allows for an array of noticeable lemony flavors that range from citrus fruit to lemongrass. A proper IPA bitterness resonates in the back of the throat providing a slight lingering bite, and an increasing dryness.

Yet another IPA from Shorts... I don’t hear anyone complaining. This one pours a clear light wheat color. With a frothy white head. A crispy light hop note right upfront. A tingly pepper taste settles on the tongue which is a primary flavor in this one. A nice mouthfeel here. Not bad. Sessionable.

Tap at Short’s...very tasty light orange brew with a complex citrus over sticky pine sap flavor all held in a light bodied brew that finished clean with a slight bitterness. Yum.

Excellent session IPA . Enough malt to keep it from being "hop water". Cloudy golden color.

Bottle: Hazy yellow/gold with a short, off-white head. Pineapple, grapefruit aroma. Tropicals.....orange, grapefruit peel. Malty. Nicely bodied......pretty good punch for such a light one.

pours cloudy pale yellow with a thin white cap showing little retention and lacing. funked up sorachi obviously - coconuty, pineapple, piney, woodsy, grassy, citrusy, melony; lean pale maltiness, lightly husky wheatiness. moderately low carbonation, light body, dry, crisp and slightly harsh herbal-grassy-peppery-citrusy finish. quenching.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear golden with a white head. Honey, caramel, butterscotch, berry aromas. Grassy hop flavors with butterscotch, tea, and berry. Not great, seems a bit stale.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of pepper, spice, yeast, hints of lemon, touch of grass, biscuit. Taste is lemon, grass, lots of spicy hops into some bready, doughy notes, some slight fruit, finishing bitter, dry.

bottle. Pale golden orange with one finger head. Very light bodied, which I think does a great job of showcasing the sorachi ace flavors. Very excellent.

Bottle (12 oz). Courtesy of czar, thanks! Hazy golden/orange with a small/medium white head and little lacing. Aroma is quite piney along with tropical fruits and dank hops. Taste is also piney with some tropical fruits, dank notes and a medium lingering bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily mouthfeel. Moderately dry finish. Very sticky resinous aftertaste. It’s quite tasty for a 4% abv beer, but there’s way too much sticky bitterness and it’s less drinkable because of that.
