From bottle (6/16/15). Beany noble hops, sweet with no flaws in the nose. Darker medium golden amber clear with moderate head. Medium body with medium-heavy carbonation. Starts moderately sweet. Nice malt flavor with noble hop character. Light to moderate bitter finish and smooth after. Light carbonic fizziness.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2015 Cream ale-esque frothy head, corny sweetness. Minus those attributes it could have been okay. Overall, it is gross, almost undrinkable.

(bottle - 12 oz) Hazy gold pour with a thin white head. Light, almost non-existent aroma of grass and hops. Very light flavor. Pretty much like drinking nothing. [9/11/15]

Cloudy straw color. Leans sweet, but very tasty for 4% alcohol. Credit to Shorts for making an American lager in this age of 10% ABV ales.
Earlier Rating: 9/20/2007 Total Score: 3.4
Cloudy straw color. Hops in both aroma and taste. Better than any BMC light beer. I believe Iím adding this in the right style, but please correct me if Iím wrong

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours corn color. Tiny white head. Sweet grain aroma. Flavor also lightly sweet with grain. Nicely crisp and very drinkable. Would agree that this is a couple notches up from a macro so in that regards its a good beer for someone that wants to try something new that isnít really new, but at least done well. At 4% this is a great beer for sitting around the pool.

On tap in pint glass. Clear pale yellow small white head. Light lemon Andover biscuit on the nose. Light body, slightly sweet, no noticeable bitterness. Great replacement for cheap lawn mower.
