Yer My Boy Blue is a sweet, blueberry milk stout made with 8 different malt varieties, a heap of real blueberries, and milk sugar. The intriguing fruit-filled aroma leads perfectly into the tart blueberry flavor, which is followed by the smoothness of roast malt mixed with delicate cream. A slight, dry bitterness resides in the finish, thanks to the dark specialty grains.

Growler: The aroma consists of chocolate, blueberries, light vanilla, and roast. It pours a dark brown, with no transparency, and a thin beige ring for a head. There is some thin webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of chocolate. There’s some light-moderate blueberry in the middle. The finish has some light roasted coffee, a light sour fruitiness, and some light vanilla. It’s medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation.
