COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yosemite Scooter is a lighter bodied American Pale Ale with a dirty blonde color and delightful aromas of bright zesty orange, mango, and rich sticky hops. Excellent hop flavors of citrus fruit and berries blast across the palate, along with a mild earthiness. Succeeded by a moderate bitterness, the beer has a lingering fruit, rind-like quality with traces of pine.

Poured hazy orangish color with small white head. Aroma - toasted grains, lemon and pine. Taste - pretty much just how it smells. Toasted grains, lemony with piney finish. Palate is thin and has nice bitter slightly dry crisp finish. Overall - a fairly good APA. Nice session beer, easy to drink and abv is pretty low.

Bottle. Pour honey color. Small white head. Little bit of lacing. Mild pine aroma. Flavor of citrus. Excellent balance between sweet and bitter. Nice balanced mouth feel. I’m not normally a big PA fan, but I really liked this one. Would be a great session PA. Definitely would drink again.

Draft on tap at Brickhouse (Madison, WI). Pours a deep amber orange hue, decent haziness with frothy whitish head atop. Firmer ring sticks around and laces well enough. Good glow overall. Aromas are a bit hoppy, decent citrus, grapefruit rind with some juicy elements, touches of bread, florals, and gentle tropical fruit. Initial is lighter end of the fold with firmer citrus, some touches of bitter hops. Grapefruit, bread, crisp cereal malts. A bit fuzzy. Some more grapefruit rind, florals. Backend is dry, a good bitterness hits with grapefruit rind, some nice bitterness. Nice APA.

pours cloudy yellow with a small white head, some retention and lacing. spicy melons and mangoes, pumpkin meat, very peppery - as if some peppercorns were added or timid habaneros, muted floral citrus, weed and peppery grapefruit. average to moderately low carbonation, light body - oily, assertive fruity-grassy-slightly earthy-peppery finish. not your classic in your face apa, but nice subtle hop features. sessionable.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear amber brew with white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, a little tropical fruit. Taste is mild light malts at the start quickly transitioning to a solid grass / fruit hops, ending with a mild fruity flourish. A well hopped and well balanced APA that is quite delicious.

Got this at a gas station at exit 1 in michigan. $1.83 for a new beer from a brewery that usually is good. Why not. Mediocre IPA. Maybe too much malt or just really faded hops.

Pours a light golden color with a somewhat foamy white head. Has a citrus and hops aroma. Flavor is a little bit of citrus, some grass, and a moderate dose of bitter hops. Has a light body feel. Has plenty of flavor for how light it is. Pretty good.

Pretty average. Not much aroma, and hops were muted. I love Shorts, but they sometimes "throw it against the wall and see what sticks".

12oz bottle, thanks to umich03jm. Scooter? I didn’t realize the label didn’t say "Shooter" until I got here on Ratebeer. Mostly hazy orange golden color. Good thin off-white head, that leaves nice thicker lace. Tasty biscuity honey malt aroma is the first thing I notice. Good bigger hop - orange citrus and pine. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, light sweet, lightly spicy. Medium body. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. Very sastisfying, assertively hoppy pale ale. A great one to wash my sandwich down with. Hop level of some IPAs. Pretty good, flavorful stuff.
