Cask. Deep brown with nice white head. Malty, somewhat roasty nose. I’m not sure if I can describe it right, but it’s full of character... while also being a bit bland? Somewhat grassy and bready, and certainly drinkable, but not particularly memorable. Solid enough.

Cask conditioned at The White Horse, Oxford. Very dark brown with ruby hue. Lots of dry, roasty charcoal like notes, husky bitterness, full and quite intense but not as fruity as many Porter’s. Lasting and very decent.
