Fuzzy is an American Wild Ale that was fermented in and aged in Chardonnay barrels with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria from our family’s farm and our house souring cultures. Once mature, the beer was aged on close to four pounds per gallon of Missouri-grown White Peaches for an additional six months before an extended bottle conditioning.

At Fofa, drunk brief moments after Tete de Cuvee. Fuzzy was paler gold than tête de cuvee but was blessed with a light tartness and a tasty mild peach flavor on a drinkable soft body. 3.8

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2016 375ml bottle shared. Golden cloudy pour. Super sour funk peach aroma. Taste is tart fruit up front, lingers but the fruit is amazing and I can’t stop smelling or drinking this. Few live up to the hype, this might pass it!

Slightly cloudy golden pour. Aroma is tart with hints of peach. Medium bodied. Taste is full of peach and hay. Slightly sweet finish. Really nicely balanced. The sour isn’t too intense. Lace present. Dry finish. Just tons of fruit. Nice beer.
