0.33L bottle from Systembolaget. Headless, pale yellow body. Sweet apple aroma with a a hint of sulphur and something souirsh. Sour-sweet, fairly clean apple flavor. Spritzy in the mouth. Light in body. Acidic endnotes. Does not stand out, but yet a decent cider without the terrible soda-pop character.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 MesandSim (7118) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2010
A Sim rate (bottle over tapas): So I ordered this with memories of Barcelona’s sidra tavernas dancing in my head. That’s what I believe the kids these days call an ’epic fail’. Aroma of Strongbow-style artificial apples. Sweet and saccarine. The appearance aches of bad Stella Artois memories with its carbonation warning of the cider experience to follow. At this point, Tom would definitely be holding a fork...or the festival special. The palate, as you can imagine, delivers what the appearance makes you expect: a watery, over-carbonated mess. The flavour is similar to the aroma. Over-sweet, artificial and with little hint of real apple. Let’s be honest, it’s bad. Next time, I’ll go for the Rioja!
