Hard cider, like old french or Spanish ciders. Keeps apple aroma and some pine flavours in the aftertaste. Acid and sour hints like hard cider should be.

Bottle. Clear yellow colour. Sourish, rather tart, dry, notes of citrus and green apples, some hints of vinegar and cheese which reminds me a bit of lambic. Strong carbonation. Bad ratings here on ratebeer but I quite liked it.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a clear golden with a lacing white head. Very tart, tannic apple aroma. Medium body, tart apple accents, salty, quite some tannins leaving an astringent finish. A very authentic cider. 230212

Bottle @ yespr tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is yellow. Aroma and taste are tart apples, citrus, notes of brett and sulphur. Medium carbonation.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry and yet crisp apple fruity. Light tartness, mild leathery and citric apple fruity. Citric and crisp apple fruity finish.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma of apples, a bit of apple skin, light sulphury hints and a faint sugary note. Sweetish-sourish apples flavor with a sugary hint and a drier, tart finish. Pretty simple but very refreshing.

In bottles at Indaba, Edinburgh. Pours golden with steady bubbles and no head (of course). The nose is of sour apples. The apples on the taste are not sour but definitely very dry. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall, if the carbonation was slightly less, this might be very good.

Bottle at inez, tampere. Clear light golden color, no head. Aroma of stables, earth, dry apple. Quite light but nice taste, dry and sour finish, apples.

Bottle at yespr. Clear yellow coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of apples and apple peel with notes of barnyard. Fruity flavour of apples and apple peel with notes of oak and barnyard. Fruity finish of apples. Light watery.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2009 Bottled (4.5%). Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweet, but rather sourish apple with some slight acidicness along. Flavour is apples, cork and quite earthy. Rich carbonation.
