So great for the price. Pours hazy night light gold with a tiny coaxed head, but pretty much still. Barnyard, granny smith, lemon, band aid, greatness. Some wood. Tart. Dry palate. I love this shit.

Corked 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with champagne size fizz. Aroma is earthy and woody. Near med body. It is tart, earthy, even funky, and it tastes like apples and apple skins. Very tasty. Mouthsmacking. Finishes towards more woodiness. Astringent too. Right in there with the good Norman cidres. Maybe cause it’s not all that far from France. Vivent les Basques!

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks YK23. Hazy golden. Aroma of green apples, a bit of sulfur, and a bit of oak. Sourish flavor of apples, a bit of sweetness, some funky notes, a lactic hints and vanilla hints. Slightly sticky yet dry mouthfeel. Interesting and not bad at all.

Small bottle. Had this at Mundaka campsite, Basque Country, Northern Spain sat outside Frank (camper) 06.07.11 Pours hazy yellow/orange very slight light carbonation felt in the mouth. Very ripe apples on the nose, in fact the best nose of the Basque ciders that I’ve had this far. Bit punchy at first with a thrusty, tangy, appley bite, nice streaky citrus, tasty.
