Dark brown color with ivory head. Malt caramel and spicy aroma, pepper and anise. At taste is light sweet with spicy flavour.

Pours dark brown with a reddish tint and a small quickly receding white head. Nose is ginger, banana, light cherry, taro root and cinnamon. The taste is sweet. But gives way to a well balanced bittersweet. The mouthfeel is crisp and leaves the gums tingling, body is medium and finish is long.
