3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2013 This is from the newest and best (one of very few)craft brewers in Peru. Poured hazy golden/orange with little carbonation and large bubbles, almost no head. Citrus aroma with a nice balance of sweet and bitter malts. A very pleasant surprise, My favorite Peruvian beer at this point.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ La Bodega 138, Cusco. (AVB on this 6,5%). Pours hazy amber with a nice off white head. Aromas and flavours of grapefruit, caramel, citrus, grass. Medium to full body. Round and smooth mouth feel. Fine bitterness. More a DIPA than an APA. However, a great Peruvian beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
I would place this more on the red ale side of things rather than a true bitter hoppy APA. That being said it was quite enjoyable and well balanced.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A great country tick in a bottle thanks to MinderBender. Hazy gold pour, white head. Aroma of straw, light caramel notes, hints of boiled veggies. Light caramel flavor, honey, mild hops, light signs of oxidization. Kind of typical below average english pale ale, but quite drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330 ml bottle
Aroma: a strong smell of alcohol, sharp notes of hops/floral/citrus, banana and cheese
Appearance: a nice hazy copper robe with think white neck.
Taste: sweet and sour and a little salty.
Palate: medium body, oily texture with an average carbonation. bitter finish.
This beer has a nice banana nut flavour to it, while lots of hops make it bitter. Careful, it sneaks up on you as you savour the new taste. I felt weak at the knees quickly. Very nice....
