The most powerful of the Incas, Pachacutec is known for the expansion of the Inca Empire to an unprecedented size and magnitude. We made this beer in memory of our ninth Inca - strong, bold, and sophisticated. The strongest beer in Peru.

330 ml bottle Pours a hazy, deep copper with some sediment and a smallish light amber head. Caramel and citrus aromas. Full mouth-feel, first sweet malts followed by some bitterness. Some bitterness remains in the finish. Warming alcohol as it goes down. Not the most balanced beer, but easily one of, if not the best beer in Peru.

Pours a cloudy dark amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, citrus, herbs and caramel. Taste is medium to high sweet. Nice.

Pours the color of fresh brew black tea with almost no head. Aroma is hoppy and sweet with lite herbal presents. Full of hop flavors that are paired nice with a caramel twist and a warm alcohol finish. At 10.5 Abv can sneak up on you.

Pours a murky brown with a thin tan head. Citrus nose. Flavors of herbs with some caramel notes. Very intriguing flavors. Unique and tasty.

I appreciate this was a really well made beer but my personal preference is a little more subdued than this.

Most likely the best craft beer from Peru. Dark amber body, nice white head. Instantly hits you with a fabulous hoppy aroma but its not an IPA as it has a great malt tone to this as well. Awesome beer. Loads of flavour.

Strongly hoppy with a hint of metallic, onion or fennel. Nevertheless tasty. A beginners IPA. Piney, resiny, floral and some sweetness.
