The most powerful of the Incas, Pachacutec is known for the expansion of the Inca Empire to an unprecedented size and magnitude. We made this beer in memory of our ninth Inca - strong, bold, and sophisticated. The strongest beer in Peru.

330 ml bottle Pours a hazy, deep copper with some sediment and a smallish light amber head. Caramel and citrus aromas. Full mouth-feel, first sweet malts followed by some bitterness. Some bitterness remains in the finish. Warming alcohol as it goes down. Not the most balanced beer, but easily one of, if not the best beer in Peru.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Most likely the best craft beer from Peru. Dark amber body, nice white head. Instantly hits you with a fabulous hoppy aroma but its not an IPA as it has a great malt tone to this as well. Awesome beer. Loads of flavour.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Strongly hoppy with a hint of metallic, onion or fennel. Nevertheless tasty. A beginners IPA. Piney, resiny, floral and some sweetness.
