Pale yellow color. No head. A very vegatative aroma. Malty taste but without bitterness.

Bottle. I lived next to Sierra Brasserie in Kilimani Nairobi for a few months and had this on numerous occasions. Thin, wispy under hopped flavor, and generally uninspiring...but better than the Kenyan Brewing Co. macros.

Light lager colour with a coarse white head that rapidly fades into bugger-all. Aromas of German pilsner malt and little else except dishwashing liquid. Flavours of juicy banana, lemon and light malt. I’d imagine another time and place beer which would be ideal in the heat of Eastern Africa. Here in New Zealand it is a mild lager (albeit well fitting in the Dortmunder style) without a great deal of character.

Fruity flavour of grass and spices with notes of hops.

Bottled. A hazy golden with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes eggs, straw, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry finish.
