3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from the 12 pack Beer Camp from Total Wine. Home in a snifter. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is Belgian Yeasts, cereal, oats, hay, citrus and slight coriander. The taste is similar with the Belgian yeasts, hoppy citrus and pine, slight bitterness on the finish. Cereal and hay flavors as well. Light body, moderate carbonation. Good beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Great. One of the best from the case. Definitely reminiscent of Allagash beers with the house yeast strain. Pours a nice light orange (or gold with orange tint-however you want to say it). Hazy with a decent head and lacing. Belgian/yeasty/ spicy notes right away and the citrus/pine Mosaic balances it perfectly. Bit funky in a good way. Fairly dry on the the finish and resinous throughout. Not getting much coriander. Definitely hoppy for the style- really is like the best of both breweries. Exceptional considering the age.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This was a joint tasting with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured a hazy gold with a medium sized white head with great retention. Good lacing. Nose is citrus and coriander. Medium plus body and resinous mouthfeel. Flavor is a blast of fruit with apricot, tangerine, mango, and pineapple. Finish is spicy and the fruit lingers. Very tasty.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from bottle into tulip. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a creamy 2 finger head. Head dissipates down to about 1/2 finger. Aroma - lemon, spicy yeast, and a touch of earthiness and resin underneath. Taste - lots more resin on the taste than in the aroma. Mosaic hops are definitely easy to pick out as well, but a lot of the citrus on the nose is gone. The finish is pretty long and is dominated by the resin. The spicy notes from the yeast arenít forward here, but still detectable.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Citrus peel and tropical fruit along with some light Belgian spice in the aroma. Cloudy orange color with suspended sediment; thin, bubbly white crown. The flavor has toasted wheat malt, soft fleshy fruits up front, soapy corriander in the middle and a hefty sharp citrus (grapefruit) peel/pithe bitterness midway and through the finish. This softens up a bit from time to time, but this beer definitely has a hop punch to it although itís not over the top and everything is mostly balanced. Medium-light body with a slick texture. Overall, this is a good offering, but Iím just not a big fan of coriander in beer anymore...

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Orange/Gold with a soapy white head. Aroma is yeast, with dried fruit, mild hoppiness, some pine. Taste is a nice firm hoppiness, with pine, mild maltiness to provide balance, finished with yeasty character. Excellent beer.
