3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured into shaker glass a nice amber with thick fast dissipating off white head. Good lacing. Aroma was toasted malts, caramel, rye. Lighter body with good CO2. Taste was a nutty rye, the malt coming through with a lite orange citrus in the background. Slightly sweet at the sip, bitters on the finish getting bitter as it slides down.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Golden color with a relatively thick white head. Aroma is light, sharp rye with just a touch of bread. Flavor is sharp rye bread with a light malt body. Fairly refreshing for a bock.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Can from Hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. This is a handsome clear amber with a nice foamy beige head. A rye aroma. The flavor is nice and fairly complicated. A lot of tasty fruit that includes tropical varieties. A little pine. Wheat flavor is noted and it also adds smoothness. Finish is a nice rye bite and that fruit never left. Perhaps a bit of honeysuckle in the after taste. The hops and rye carry this and it is not your traditional Bock.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can: Poured a copper orange red with a huge almost glass over flowing off white head. Head was creamy topped yet dissipated bubbles and laced the glass. Aroma was fresh cut grass, citrus, and spice. Taste was nice veggie garden up front and metallic hops that mellowed into a dry malty finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled on 12/24/14. This dopplebock pours a dark amber orange color from a 12oz can. Large sized off white foamy head with good retention and long lasting lacing. The aroma is bready, fruity and sweet, with some chocolate. Medium bodied dopplebock. The malts are bready and sweet, some semi-sweet chocolate and some rye spiciness. The hops are herbal and earthy. Decent carbonation. Nice balance, rye kind of balances the malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Une cannette du Beer Camp. Pas mal de poussière en fin de bouche rend cette bière peu agréable. Elle semble ne pas avoir supporté le temps. Du miel, du malt et des houblons simple.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. From the Beer Camp Across America 12-pack. Pours a clear dark copper with a beige head. Good lacing. Nose is citrus, pine and rye. Medium plus body. Smooth in the palate. Flavor is very rich with rich malts including wheat, rye, citrus, tropical fruit, and some flavorful hops. The finish is fruity and hoppy and not very bitter. Kind of like a bock with fruit and rye. Really tasty and nice to drink. A real winner.
