This ale has wonderful citrus aroma at the pouring. A frothy white head with a rich amber color. This ale has great character with excellent hops. The finish is smooth and with no bitterness. Has a strong hop bite, but is a little thin tasting. Very similar to their popular pale ale, but with slightly more hops. mcox90 (626), Wilton, USA

Pours a slightly hazy amber gold color with a creamy 1/2" head and random loops of lace. Citrus hop aroma with a malt background. Moderate palate. Flavor is same as aroma, hops and malt. Not the most complex beer, but very enjoyable and reasonably priced. gorditoabd (163), San Diego, California, USA

Aroma from bottleneck is of hops, malt, and, faintly, of chocolate, but more like cocoa powder, which is surpising in a beer of this low gravity. Initial flavor matches aroma, malt, hops, and a cocoa-like almost cinnamon flavor. Turf and butter flavors fill out what is a relatively light palate. Not a bad offering, considering the source, however. Butters (1645), Virginia, USA
