Golden in color with a nice head. A very nice IPA aroma. The flavor was that of an IPA but not too over the top. This was a good use of malts and hops. A deep hop flavor and rich finoish this was a good beer. But must agree for a huge anniversary why not a bigger beer. Crit (2417), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 13, 2009 Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of piney and citrus hops are easily discernible. Taste is also dominated by some fresh citrus and piney hops with typical Cascade flavor with a solid malt backbone. Body is quite with limited filtration and good carbonation. Well done though sometime too much of one-thing is not that fun. eaglefan538 (2405), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 3, 2007 Bottle, pour was amber colored nice huge head, very nice and smooth lacing. The aroma was strong citrus and grapefruits in particular, yet backed firmly by a piney presence. Flavor followed, wonderful citrus coming together with fruity esters, some spice qualities, with that finishing bitter pine bite. Mouthfeel was moderately bodied along with somewhat of a creaminess that made this feel tap poured. A nice bitter ale. Beerlando (2367), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 12, 2007 Fairly clear, dark orange-amber body. Small, fizzy off-white head that quickly settles to a thin film. Minimal spotty lacing dots the glass. The aroma is fairly typical, showing caramel and buttery toffee malts accompanied by moderate citrus hops. The flavor is similar, with a fairly good balance between caramel malts and orange hops. Medium body at best. Pretty smooth and easy to drink, but lacking an outstanding qualities. Pretty run-of-the-mill for an IPA. Bragesnak (2361), Aarhus, Denmark
