Commercial Description:
The 2007 Anniversary Ale features prominent usage of Cascade hops– the signature hop used in Sierra Nevada’s most popular product, Pale Ale. It is an American Style IPA with a big, fragrant pine and citrus hop aroma balanced by the sweetness of two-row pale and caramel malt. It finishes with an additional Cascade dry-hopping creating a big hop aroma Sierra Nevada fans will look forward to.

Bottle. Clear amber with a frothy head. Subtle floral hop, peppery aroma. Medium body. Good taste of yeasty, dry bready malts with a nice hop/alcohol bite to finish. Very easy drinking, fresh from the tap flavor here. 11077

Bottle: Pours a clear copper color with a white head. Aroma, earthy, piny, some citrus, pale malts. Flavor, earthy, citrus, caramel, herbal notes on the finish. Solid, but I would rather have a Celebration.

Rich honey amber pour with light white head. Smell is sweet, fruity, apricot scented hops. Taste is very mild hop bitterness, with a sweet honey caramel backing, followed by light bittersweet hops, then a bittersweet finish. Overall, very good, and enjoyable. Not quite sure why its an american strong ale, and the description says IPA, but I found it somewhere in between an IPA and a pale ale. Worth getting again.

Orangish amber pour. Aroma of grapefruit struck me first. Medium malt and a pretty pleasant bitter finish. Medium bodied and well carbed. Pretty nice beer.

Bottle from BevMo. Medium amber/orange color. Sticky, slightly sweet hoppy aroma. A bit of grapefruit. Toasty hoppy bitterness. Somewhat dry right before the finish, which is fairly bitter. Decent IPA.

bottle. pours amber with thick white head. Aroma of earthly hops with light bitterness and fruits. Taste, hoppy, light malts, grapefruit with the typical SN signature palate. Overall mouthfeel keeps a good bitter hops finish with a mix of caramel.

Amber in color with clean white lacy head. Crisp hoppy smell. Somewhat bitter but not overpowering and is pleasing. Not quite an IPA strength.
