COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This dark rich ale is incredibly complex. Notes of dark fruit, caramelized sugar, toffee, raisins, and black pepper play against a sweet vanilla flavor from the oak and a round satiny finish from the hint of brandy left in the wood.

Dark and fruity, oaky, and some brandy flavors. It’s not bad at all especially for the price.

Poured from tap. Pours a nice dark clear red/brown color with a minimal foamy off white head. Aroma is sweet with banana, dark fruits, and bourbon. Flavor is clean with heavy bourbon notes but it does not lose the banana and fruit. Mouthfeel is watery carbonation is average. Overall this is a decent beer.

Great initial taste. I?m not a fan of most Sierra Nevada beers because of all the hops. Smooth malty taste.
