This unique take on the traditional IPA style pairs the bold and intense aromas of whole-cone hop "flowers" with aromatic natural rose hips and petals for complex aromas and unexpected flavors.

12 ounce bottle poured a clear orangish color with aromas of light lepper, some flowers, and some light citrus. Flavors are the same, nothing too imprsive, just meh...

Amber in color, cloudy and a ton of little white pieces floating from top to bottom. Medium cream colored head that sticks to glass. Aroma is strong and very floral. A very dry, floral hop flavor that sticks to your palate.

Pours a hazy golden orange with sediment, big white head and great lacing. Aroma is flowery hops and caramel and bready malts. Taste is bitter floral hops, then a slight delay before the bready malts come around for balance. Eventually they give way to the lasting hop bitterness. The varying aspects of this beer play well together.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with white head, floral aroma, taste is like drinking a bouquet of flowers, not really it does have floral hop but itís quite well balanced with malts.

Happy to get to try this even if itís nowhere near its peak. Bottle. Nose is surprisingly vibrant with floral hops, pours deep orange with fantastic reddish edges and a billowy off-white head. Taste is dryish (some hop oil sweetness) with medium-strong, scrubbing and rubbery bitterness, but itís clean, without astringency, and really lasts, nice for what it is. A little more alcohol packed in than the abv marking would indicate, or perhaps itís just the interaction with the hops, but the booze and strong florality push this into extreme perfumed IIPA range (which I generally tend to find undrinkable). Medium-full body. Even though this particular flavor is not to my taste, thereís still a winning texture/mouthfeel here and and obvious mastery of process.
