Golden Ticket Baltic Porter is an opaque dark brown lager with big roasted malt flavor with notes of raisin and milk chocolate. This Baltic Porter is profoundly smooth with a full, flavorful body, making it both drinkable and satisfying with slight hop presence and clean finish.

Hand bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a small tan head and a deep brown body. Aroma is flowery, fruity esters, and some chocolate. Taste is tar, molasses and chocolate. Light carbonation.

Sample at 69 Taps in Akron. Pours brownish black with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing. Toasted malt and chocolate in the nose. Medium, dry body with flavors of roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee. The finish is creamy and malty with a mildly bittersweet chocolate aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft. Blackish beer with a tan head. Chocolate and sweet malt aroma. light roast and chocolate flavor with toffee and a light fruitiness. Medium-plus bodied. Toffee and light coffee/light roast lingers with light dark fruit.

On tap at Rattle n Hum during their Sierra Nevada event. Pours a dark brown to black with a thin to medium sized tan head. Sweet roast, plum, cocoa, and char on the nose. Chewy sweet malt and a bunch of cocoa. Medium bodied, very chewy. Sweet and smooth, lots of roast, cocoa, and big char as it warms up.

Draft. Pours a black body with a scant off white head. Boozy and almost oxidized tones, i’ve noticed this more with baltic porters. Toasted caramel, bitter licorice, and some paper like notes. A bit slick with an oily like warming.

Thanks to ericandersnavy for sharing this handbottle. The beer pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is very faint with some darker malts. The flavor is heavily roasted malts with some coffee and is quite bitter. Thin-medium, slightly watery mouthfeel and low carbonation.
