COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Produced especially for the OBF, Beer Camp’s golden color and medium bodied sweetness comes from pale, Europils, Munich and acidulated malts. Magnum, Crystal and Pacifica hops provide a distinctly American bittering and hop flavor profile without going over the top. The result is a refreshing, balanced, crisp pilsner, easy to drink on a hot summer festival day - or to take with you to beer camp.

Aroma is malts and very grassy hops. The flavor is malts, fruit and a long and bitter/hoppy finish.

12er from the beer camp. Pours clear straw, thin white head. Slight sweet aroma, taste is sweet pilsener, finish is clean. At 5.6% not sure this could be called "Imperial" it’s more a pilsner. A nice pilsener.

Pours pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Sweet caramel and sourdough aromas. Sweet grains upfront turning dry in the bitter earth finish.

12oz bottle. Rating #77. Clear golden pour with a white head that left some spotty lacing. Nice aroma, light hops, grainy and a bit of hay. Nice hop bite, a touch of sweetness and a nice aftertaste. Tasty brew. (2477)

Rising carbonation bubbles in a medium yellow body, with soapy head. Good dirty blonde yeasty aroma.Citrus taste, good IBu, smooth, dry finish. I liked it as only a minority of saaz, despite fresh assertive carbonation,

Bottle. Clear light golden pour, light soapy head and an aroma of light crisp lemony hops. Flavor is light hoppy honey, medium malt and slightly sweet on the finish. Nice beer!

(12oz bottle thanks to blutt59) clear light gold, almost no head. Nose of celery, not much else, maybe some umami. Taste of celery, agave, root vegetables, butter, weird, umami.

12 oz bottle. Pours a nice golden with a big white head and good CO2 release. Aroma of floral hops, bready malts and slight cheese. Taste is a nice mix of hops and blanced with cereal malts. Slightly salty. Smooth on the palate, easy to drink and good finish. Pretty good overall but not "Imperial."

From the sampler. Probably my favorite of the four. Clear golden pour with a fluffy white head. Nice grainy, malty aroma with notes of grassy hops. Lightly sweet but balanced with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, light fizzy mouthfeel. Quite good.
